Timepieces and accessories are inspected before dispatch. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will arrange repair, replacement, or return instructions in line with local consumer rules.

Change-of-mind returns may be limited for opened luxury goods; final eligibility is confirmed case by case after review.
